We are proud to welcome children who are eligible for a funded place through the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, delivered nationally by the Department for Education. HAF provides fully funded holiday camp spaces for children who receive benefits-related free school meals, giving them the opportunity to stay active, build confidence, make new friends and enjoy a healthy, fun-filled holiday experience. We are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where every child feels valued, included and excited to take part!

Sessions are booked through the Eequ booking system.

The Eequ booking system has information on children entitled to benefit related free school meals.

When a parent registers their details on Eequ, it will automatically match with their child's details and allow them to book sessions.

Summer Holidays 2026

Bookings for Summer 2026 open on Monday 1st June at 7am. Each eligible child will be entitled to 16 sessions.

Food 

All children will be provided with a healthy packed lunch.
